1. The service
inscinstech.ai is a vertical AI platform for biopharma R&D and CMC. It consists of InCortex (the CMC process-development platform) and a multi-tenant runtime (inCore).
We may change features, add tiers, and deprecate components. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
2. Account & access
You must use a verified company email domain. Personal email providers (gmail, qq, 163, etc.) are blocked at signup.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for actions taken under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to develop or evaluate biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons; to violate export controls; or to violate any applicable law.

4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all data you upload (sequences, PDFs, process data) and all Agent outputs generated for you (briefs, reports, process plans).
inscinstech.ai retains ownership of the platform, the Agent code, the CMC v2.2 knowledge base, and the inCore wrapping layer.

5. Payment & cancellation
Annual subscriptions are billed up-front; monthly is billed monthly. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Refunds: pro-rated refund for annual cancellations within the first 30 days. No refunds after 30 days.
6. Disclaimers & limitations
inscinstech.ai is a copilot, not a regulatory authority. Outputs are recommendations, not approvals. You remain responsible for regulatory submissions, process decisions, and final sign-off.
The service is provided "as is" except where superseded by a signed MSA. Liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure.
On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion (Enterprise: 90 days).
8. Governing law
For customers contracted via Inscinstech (CN) — governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; venue: Suzhou.
For customers contracted via the global entity — governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; venue: Wilmington.
